Over the past several years our ergonomic certification course instructors have sensed and heard a shift in the way ergonomic issues fit within a company's overall safety environment. The Matheson WorkSafe concept is both a 2.5 day ergonomics training and a new web presence. The training focuses on front-line solutions tools coupled with our philosophy of involving the entire work force: worker, supervisor, safety team, management and consults.
