Registration is from 8:00 to 8:30 a.m. on the first day of each course. Instruction will begin at 8:00 a.m. on subsequent days and finish at 5:00 p.m. for the last day except for the FCE Certification Program. which ends around 1 p.m. There will be 1-hour breaks for lunch on your own. Dress is casual. Room temperatures vary so you may want to bring a sweater or sweatshirt. Audio taping of lectures is allowed, but videotaping is not permitted.

Guest parking at the hotel is complimentary for Matheson students.
For public transportation to Comfort Inn, take the Sky Train to King Georges Sky Train station, then the 502 bus, getting off at the bus stop after 160th Street.
Arriving by Air:
Shuttle Service from Vancouver Int'l. Airport is available to guests.
Please book at least 48 hours in advance, based on availability.
Shuttle Service (one way) is $65 + tax (up to 4 people), each additional person will be $5 + tax.
