Tania Percy started consulting with Progressive Rehab in 1997, and took a short hiatus to work in Ontario. Her practice currently involves work capacity evaluations, cost of future care assessments and community based rehabilitation. Tania has advanced skilled in dealing with the complexities that traumatic brain injury sequela can bring to families, particularly when a child or adolescent is involved. Tania has past experience working in adolescent psychiatry and brain injury rehab. During her time in Ontario she coordinated multi-disciplinary assessments in keeping with legislation requirements and provided training and mentorship to other team members. Tania has taken a significant role in training and mentoring at Progressive Rehab for WorkSafeBC FCE's to ensure quality and consistency.
