I so appreciated your honesty and sharing of some of your stories from court and that you acknowledged that you have made mistakes along the way, especially in your earlier days of testifying and preparing medical-legal reports! You addressed issues that I haven't thought of or had to think of yet, because I haven't yet testified. I feel that I can now review each report that I do and ask myself some questions that might arise, based on what you discussed. I feel less intimidated and fearful of the eventual time when I do have to testify. But, more than this, I now have a much clearer idea of my role as a life care planner and preparer of med-legal reports, the importance of not just what I write, but the language I use to convey my findings and recommendations.
