• During your five days of training, you'll work with some of the top evaluators in North America. Each certification program instructor is also a full-time evaluator.
• You will be trained to plan, administer and report an individualized FCE that meets the reliability and validity requirements and high standards of the Practice Hierarchy of Industrial Rehabilitation.
• The course will train you in a protocol that has been carefully built around evaluation tools which are widely accepted in the field, have been court-tested, have published, peer-reviewed reliability and validity studies, and are inexpensive to purchase.
• Students re-create the FCE process via a hands-on case study practicum under the guidance of their instructors. Administration of the FCE protocol is followed by a write-up of test results. Presentation of the FCE report and critique by course instructors completes the practicum day.
