Enactment of the New ADAAA and Its Effect on Employment Testing

The regulations to implement the equal employment provisions of the Americans with Disabilities Act as Amended were published in the Federal Register (Vol. 76, No. 58 ) on Friday, March 25, 2011. Being the touchstone for return-to-work same job, same employer and Post-Offer testing, these regulations serve as the foundation for many of the decisions we make as Thinking Evaluators.
