While primarily a positional tolerance device, it provides the opportunity for distraction-based observation of upper extremity dexterity, coordination, stooping/crouching and cognitive abilities. The evaluation consists of a two-step disassembly and reassembly procedure. The disassembly in the loosening and removal of bolts, washers, wing nuts and hex nuts. The reassembly includes each of these demands as well as the ability to manipulate fastener sets while joining the Bench's structural components.
