All Courses: Frequently Asked Questions

What time do the courses start?

The first day of each course begins with registration from 8:00 a.m. to 8:30 a.m. Training starts at 8:30 a.m. on the first day of class and at 8:00 a.m. on subsequent days.

When will the courses end each day?

Training is typically completed no later than 5:00 p.m. each day. Many days training will end by 4:30 p.m. The last day of the 4-day and 5-day programs ends between noon and 2:00 p.m.

May I tape the courses?

Audio taping is allowed. In fact you are strongly encouraged to bring a tape recorder to the 5th day of the 5-day FCE course as that is the court preparation day. Video taping is not allowed.

Where are the courses held?

Unless otherwise indicated, each of the courses is held in the hotel listed as the suggested lodging hotel.

Who may attend the courses?

The courses are open to the general public. To become certified, the individual must meet the parameters listed in each certification's Policies and Procedures.
