I was asked to do an ergonomic evaluation for a lady that has carpal tunnel. I am going to do it next week but the referral source told me that the lady does a lot of writing, when she is on a home/site visit, and writes on a carbon copy paper system. Apparently this is a lot of writing...pages and pages...and all the writing really bothers her hands. They are moving to the forms being on a laptop but that is a while out so she will have to deal with these carbon copy forms for a while.
Anyone have any suggestions for carbon copy forms? I had thought of just using regular paper and then just making a copy on a copy machine but wanted to see if anyone else had any good ideas or had run into this before?
Thanks in advance!
Jon
Hello!
It seems as though your idea of writing the message and then photocopying it may be the best way to go. On our end we cannot think of anything else that wouldn't be obvious to you.. such as your idea of photocopying.
Hope this helps!
