Jim, you are right about the code, we did make a mistake.  I looked on our charge master and we have a typo on ours.  We hardly use the code because WA has a different code they want us to use that is actually billed on the 6 min increments instead of 15 min increments.  You have the correct code (97537).  Thanks for picking that up!

I think Jon might have made a mistake-the code I use for Jobsite visits and ergonomic consultations is 97537- "Community/Work reintegration training (eg, shopping, transportation, money management, avocational activities and/or work environment/modification analysis, work task analysis), direct one-on-one contact by provider, each 15 minutes."

Each unit (note; 15 minutes) is billed at about $50.  Hope this helps!

We have used 97837 - Community Integration before.  Check with your payer in case they have some specific code they would want you to use.  If not you can suggest that one.  Hope that helps - Jon
