Just trying to remember how total task duration in the Z 365 form is calculated and am having a hard time remembering from class. Can someone refresh my memory as to how this is determined???

The task I am looking at now is performed less than 2 hours per day according to the supervisor. I wonder if I should use the Z365 or if I should use what the supervisor says. If I use the Z365 I wonder if I count cycle times, etc within my video and figure it out this way. If I count cycle times, how is this different from repetition rate (#/hr)???

Can someone describe how to do each???
I had a little trouble in class and would love a good explanation again to refresh my memory.
