I am interested in information regarding the scope of practice of the CEES. This is a question that I constantly ask myself. What am I qualified to do and say as a CEES? How far can I go in rendering an opinion? The question that constantly comes up in depositions is determination of causation versus risk factors.

I know the question is influenced by other factors such as other education, training and experience. However, if we consider the role of the CEES in the absence of other training (engineering, PT, OT, etc) I would like to be able to define this role.

I would also like to know if there are other CEES practitioners in my area.
