I read the guidelines for BP response to exercise and I am wondering what the "safe" guidelines are. The last post I read stated +/- 10 mg for systolic is ok but what about dystolic- should it remain the same or just under 90mg?
Dyastolic can change-the more critical factor would be a drop of 10% with systolic pressure. RMA recommends stopping testing when a significant drop occurs.
