I'm wondering where I might be able to get ahold of blind weights?
I can't seem to find them anywhere, but I did see them used during the Matheson course. Any tips would be much appreciated.
The blind weights you saw in the Matheson training are part of the EPIC lift system. Those weights can only be purchased with an EPIC site license.
You could build your own weights but that does not allow you to use the EPIC protocol. The best solution is to use disk weights with the Isoinertial and the PILE lifts.
