We're looking for any resources, references, etc. for a questionnarie called the Functional Impact Scale. It was referenced by the author of an FCE with the company name BioFeedback USA, 2003. This company's website does not appear to be working, and I can not find a reference for it on Pub Med. Does anyone know anything about it?? I believe it may be part of the Ergos system, but can't be sure. Help! :shock:
