Valpar 9 manual

I'm looking for basic instructions for the use / adminstering Valpar 9 full body range of motion. I've contacted Valpar, but it appears our very old unit may not have been manufactured by Valpar, however, I would like to know the best way to use it, even if the norms aren't valid.
