The Workplace Health, Safety and Compensation Commission of New Brunswick is currently seeking 2 Occupational Therapists to fill full-time permanent positions at the Workers? Rehabilitation Centre in Saint John, New Brunswick. Occupational Therapists work within the Vocational Evaluation Program performing Work Capacity Evaluations, Jobsite Analyses, Jobsite Evaluations, Ergonomic Evaluations and Risk Factor Analyses.
The Workers? Rehabilitation Centre provides highly specialized, comprehensive, client-centred occupational rehabilitation services. The ?Centre? has been treating injured workers since 1965 and is the only occupational rehabilitation centre of its kind in eastern Canada. The Centre overlooks the picturesque Saint John River and provides outdoor enthusiasts easy access to hiking and biking trails, beaches, golf courses and parks. The city of Saint John offers cultural, arts, sports and entertainment opportunities with its Imperial theatre, Harbour Station, Canada Games Aquatic Centre and Harbour Passage to name a few.
