Hi,

I did an FCE last week and went to "write" the report and when I pulled it up in Microsoft Word it seemed a little short so I went back and looked at what I did during the FCE and double checked it with the report and I had found that the Matheson Panel System Pins and Medium Screws data was not in the report.  I looked in the software and there was information there including scores, CTP, and even one sentence under the last tab.  So I just ran a report with just the Pins and Medium screws data to copy and paste but when I ran just that it only gave me the beginning information and no scores, CTP, etc.  I am working on it by hand now but is there anything I can do to make sure this comes up in the report?  I have had it happen once before but the next time I ran the report they were in there...up until now.

As always, I appreciate your help!

Jon

Hi Jon, I am very sorry to

Hi Jon,

I am very sorry to hear that, but I just did a lot of digging and I figured out what is happening. Apparently the report is linking the MPS button with the Dexterity button and so if you don't print out something (anything) from the Dexterity section of the software then the Dexterity section (Pins, Small Screws, Medium Screws) of the MPS button doesn't print.

So, I'm very sorry, but for the time being until version 2 comes our in early March you will have to put something in the Dexterity section and then delete it from the report (sorry!). Even just putting any number in one of the fields in the Purdue will work. (I tried just checking off a sign or just write a short comment, but that doesn't seem to work.) The Purdue Pegboard will show up directly after the MPS in the report.

And, incidentally, I just also discovered that the Handling section of the MPS (pegs and bolts) is tied to the Handling button. So, same goes for that, unfortunately.

Again, I apologize that we never ran across that while testing. There are so many different permutations that it's difficult to catch them all... so I guess thanks for catching this one..We will make sure it is fixed for Version 2.

Regards,

Jenn
