Within this forum you will find our most frequently asked question regarding installation of the WorkStation software. Please check here before posting any questions in the "Tech Support" forum.
If you need technical support with your WorkStation software, please direct your questions to the "Tech Support" forum under the container "WorkStation Software". When we receive your question it will be directed to our support technician. The Matheson office is open from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Eastern Standard Time. Any questions posted after 5 p.m. will be looked at the following day.
If the question you have is not listed here and you need immediate assistance, and it is within our business hours of 8am-5pm EST, please call the office at 1-877-352-1262.
