A fair and practical way to calculate what to charge for job analysis is to figure what that practitioner would generate in charges per hour while in the clinic/hospital. You can take that figure (my charge per hour off site is $125/hr.) and use that as your price. The leeway portion of this technique is that you can also use your report writing time as billable as well-this can be at the discretion of the "negotiator"-if the customer balks at the $125 (or whatever rate you determine), you can point out that you are not charging for report writing time. If they think that is a real bargain, lets start right away, you can choose to include travel time and report writing time. Hope this helps
