Resting heart rates

Is there anyone that could point me to the literature for resting heart rate numbers, such as >100 bpm?

TRIPT: It is 110bpm and

TRIPT: It is 110bpm and above, not 100. I'm not sure about the literature as I am not in the office right now, but it may be the Y's Way to Physcal Fitness... but maybe not, that is just coming to my mind at the moment... Will check when I return.
