How Do You Handle This?

Does anyone care to share how they handle it when a client "goes down" during an FCE? By this, I mean how do you guys respond to that slow, controlled "fall" to the ground you often see with the most severe "symptom magnifiers"? Just curious....
Describe exactly what happend with some type of "patient self lowered to floor in a controlled descent with no observable sudden impact". Would also note in the MSE you checked them out and were fine and then note any ill effects or lack thereof post lowering to floor it may have had on test.
