I am wondering how long people are scheduling hteir post offer tests- How they are billing this and I am assuming that they are using the Job anaylsis provided by the employer. How much time or how long of a "summary" report are they giving- is it just a job match style- I tried asking this on the webinar but somehow was muted. Thanks Karen T.
A good goal is to have the entire process to last about an hour, assuming you are performing several tests in detail. A fixed rate per evaluation will serve best-as everyone should require about the same amount of time. IF a comprehensive job analysis is available from the employer that may be fine-best would be if you performed this-and witnessed people doing the job yourself. A simple Meets or Does Not Meet score sheet may be the best way to document the testing process. Keeping this record and not sharing many details is also best. The Post Offer, Pre-Placement process can help generate a lot of cash income for your clinic but there are many legal factors to keep in mind. I strongly advise you to attend the course on this very topic before getting too far into the process! Louise has a lot of experience with this process and can help you avoid many pitfalls!
