can someone actually breakdown the lifting proceedure with the isoinertial lift. It is clear for occasional lift but for frequent - how are people doing this are you taking them through 12 lifts in 30 minutes for frequent and are you taking them through 15 lifts in 30 minutes for constant?
I'd love some specifics. Thanks Karen thomas :?
I would recommend you do two things: get the Strength/Lifting chapter from the FCE CP manual from the Matheson office. Second, obtain the originals of the protocols you use to test Occasional and Frequent lifting. If you use Snook, get his research. If you use the PILE, get those two articles. If you use the EPIC Lift you should have the EPIC manual.
It is important to have the paper copy of a protocol for each of the tests you use; obviously lifting is one of the most importatnt.
