Push/Pull - No Force?

My Chatillon force gauge did not register any force for push and pull of 20 pounds? Can someone explain this to me? Thanks Alison

Do you mean that you had 20 lbs. tare in your sled and were unable to get a reading on your Chatillon? Can you describe what model Chatillon you have (digital or analog) and the method you used to attempt to measure the resistance? Any details you can provide will help.
