Roy O. Matheson, BS, CMTM

Roy O. Matheson, BS, CMTM, is President of The Matheson System, the author of Work Hardening, Work Conditioning and Work Simulation as well as a significant contributor to "The Functional Capacity Evaluation Certification Program" textbook.

He is an international instructor of work hardening, work simulation, industrial rehabilitation, marketing and facility management courses. He participated in the original development of the Employment and Rehabilitation Institute of California (E.R.I.C.), the site of much of the pioneering effort in work capacity evaluation and work hardening.
